Pick the vehicles that need a survey & rotation check. Create a job card, print it for the technician, then enter the readings back here when the work is done.
Type a reg number — every tyre on the vehicle and any linked trailers will load in one screen. Tap each position to enter L / M / R tread + pressure. Save the lot at the end.
Enter a truck's new odometer reading. The reading will be applied to the truck and every trailer linked to it (set up under Settings → Truck-Trailer Links). All wear-rate and Estimate KM values on the Main sheet update automatically.
SENT WORK sends your fleet, stock, settings and surveys up to the cloud. Technician Surveys pulls in the surveys and any new tyres captured on the survey phones.
Edit category names, sizes, and targets. The name and size shown here are what appear in the Register and Stock dropdowns. Delete the ones you don't use, add your own to match your fleet.
Your tyre sizes. These appear in the Size dropdown when installing a tyre or adding stock. Add the sizes your fleet runs; remove any you don't.
Pair each truck reg with its trailer reg(s). One truck per line, format:
TRUCKREG = TRAILERREG, TRAILERREG2
Example: ABC123 = TRL001, TRL002
Custom damage / failure reasons added here will appear in the Survey form's Failure Reason dropdown alongside the built-in ones.
Edit the list of brands available when registering tyres.
Add extra event types beyond the built-in SURVEY, ROTATION, REPAIR, REGROOVE, RETREAD, REMOVE, REINSTALL, SCRAP. They will show up in the Survey form's Event Type dropdown.
Your data lives in a SQLite database in this browser. Download the .db file as a backup, or restore from a previous one.
Daily hand-off — export just the surveys you did (by date), then merge them on another device. Merge adds by ID and never overwrites, so it's safe to do every day.
Owner only. Create clients, generate TreadIQ-#### keys, switch clients on/off.
A client login is made once in Supabase → Authentication → Add user, then tap Link login on that client below.

Removes duplicate surveys from this device and the cloud, keeping one survey per tyre + position + date + event. Only exact duplicates are removed — no real survey is ever lost. Safe to run any time.
